One-Sided Arch & Curl

Access each side of your body independently.

This is a great exercise to introduce once you are familiar with the ‘standard’ Arch & Curl.

It brings all the same benefits - helping to release the muscles that are triggered by the Red Light Reflex - the one that makes us curl up into a ball, protecting our soft belly area, and making ourselves small.

In addition, this exercise will help you develop greater feel for your left and your right sides working independently. This will help even out any differences between left and right.
