Lower Back Release
Release tension from your lower back and hamstrings …
Tension in these areas is very common and often involved when there is lower back pain.
Imagine two elastic cords, each running from the back of your knee to your shoulder blade; now imagine these cords pulling tight. This is the effect you are releasing with this exercise.
You will be removing strain from your lower back, and will become your supple. For horse riders, this will allow you to follow the natural movement of your horse’s back more easily, and thereby allow your horse to stride out more freely.
