Hip Raises

This exercise will help you even out any twist that you might have in your pelvis. The benefits will spread along the whole of your spine, and to your shoulders and neck.

For horse riders, this will help if a twist in your posture is making it difficult for your horse to bend evenly on both reins.

When you put this exercise together with the Hip Slides, you end up with the Hip Circles combination that is even more powerful.
